Feeding beer and macademia nuts to cattle? Beef cattle eat grass and silage, and sometimes corn.
I've heard of UK racehorse trainers occasionally giving dark beer to a horse as a tonic, but the horses don't live on it.
He's talking about raising "cattle" on his ranch and feeding them nuts and beer that they also raise. So no outside feed needs to be brought in. Convenient.
All this with a big slab of bloody raw meat in front of him, bones and all.
