It said that Australians found the videos online and reported them to the FBI. The event happened in a mall bathroom in Houston. Seven adults and two children in a public bathroom and it went unnoticed by the locals? It almost seems like the American authorities didn’t want to catch the perps but were put on the spot by the international community.

Probably other mall staff involved which allowed them to lock off the bathrooms and put those closed for cleaning signs up
