New Hampshire knows how to count paper ballots. New Hampshire has always had a good audit system as they count ballots of smaller races throughout the day making sure they match totals as they move through the day.

Because they are used to doing this in their elections I don't think there will be goons blocking windows creating shenanigans. We'll see.
