The Fix Is Still In: Corruption and Conspiracies the Pro Sports Leagues Don't Want You To Know About Paperback In this long-anticipated sequel to his jarring takedown of professional sports, The Fix Is In, internationally recognized game fixing expert and scholarly authority Brian Tuohy further reveals the truths all sports fans need to know. Based on dedicated research and previously unreleased FBI files, each chapter exposes sports in a manner none of the major leagues’ broadcast partners would dare attempt. No sport or league is spared as Tuohy rips through not only the likes of the NFL, NBA, MLB, NHL, and NASCAR, but also the PGA, UFC, eSports, horse racing, boxing, and both NCAA football and basketball. Along the way, championships are revealed as frauds, referees are exposed as accomplices, and legends are demolished. No sports fans should watch another game until they read this book and understand what truly is being presented as “pure” in America’s professional sports leagues.

So the RAMS win in 2000 was a fix'ed win?????
And the start of the “Patriots” dynasty immediately after 9/11.
Could it be the end of professional sports? I sure hope so!!!! And millions of American women would go for this, too!!!!
The NFL approached JFK in the summer of 1963 and asked to be issued a Sports Entertainment license. It was granted. What other sport has the same license? Yup, the World Wrestling Entertainment. The NFL fix their games thru the refs. For the woke NFL it is a good way to launder money.
Wife and I watched the games yesterday, mainly with no invested interest in any of the teams, other than those great lakes teams that never go anywhere (Browns, Bills, Lions... etc). So I guess "rooting" for them but without any real care into it.
Anyway, we get to the end, and I had pulled up this thread... and she catches the CBS ending where they say "Thank you for watching this PRESENTATION of the National Football League".
It really triggered her and made what I just showed her earlier (this image), 'click'. "Oh my Gawd, the NFL is just like the WWF!?"
Adding additional observation: Late in 4th qrt where Chief were driving, a Bills back "bumped" on of the receivers and pass interference was called. The announcer said its not pass interference if the ball is NOT in the air. Refs enforced it. But during the replay, you could see the perspective from behind the QB, and see this "chuck" in the background. Announcer made the observation that ball was not released yet so its not PI, but camera cut away and they moved on with the call. Basically... it comes down to 1 or 2 of these in every game that swings the momentum and ultimately the outcome.
With comms in helmets now it is easier. I believe the players sign an agreement to follow orders as needed. They are very gifted people, but so are the WWF (wwe) players.
Who would not sign anything for millions of dollars and built in lawyers keeping you innocent?
Maybe they are unaware until they already signed. In the movies they show us shaving points but with modern technology they can do the math and always make money.
This book is good for those who still have their heads in the sand regarding professional sports.
