If you haven' t seen it, dear recruiter, I would commend this book for your consideration: War is a racket by Marine Major General and two-time Medal of Honor recipient Smedley D Butler.

Yes an excellent short read. At one point I purchased 5 copies and gave them out to all the retired military in my church. BTW I'm retired military. In addition, when my 3 sons were younger I advised them to do anything/everything they could to get out of the draft if one were to be reinstated.
