I would agree, that tampering with food products is a no-go. However, hanging them on trees or discreetly placing them on counters, shelves etc., that could be a great way to red pill people. Then it's just having the right message content...
If the notes were tucked in under the top flaps there'd be no contact with the actual cereal, it'd be between the cardboard and the sealed plastic liner. It's funny that the FDA would swoop down on this issue but casually wave off any concerns about the jabs.
My sister just got one in a box of store brand tissues at a local grocery store.
