I cannot independently find such a flag at a Hillary rally.

But my interweb search skills are suspect.

The last one is a doozy. It looks familiar. It may have been where I learned that the stars had been rotated for the Republican logo. I guess I forgot about the flag. (or didn't scroll far enough down to see it)
