The people who vote AfD would be hauled away to jail if they tried to stage a similar demonstration. They know that, so they are relatively silent, and hope their votes will deliver their message.

But, trotting out a million lefties to sing songs will not stop the growth of populist conservative parties. People in developed countries around the world are waking up to the reality their lives and the life of their country are being stolen from them.
