I’ve seen the boats, they sit there and a cartel eventually jumps in and away they go, there is absoulutly no way they aren’t given a free pass . I’m on the water a lot, harbor patrol will circle you if you look like your having to much fun , there is no way they aren’t allowed !

I’ve watched in at the Crowne Plaza hotel . Thousands of them coming and going . They bring them to hotel and they are rotated out . God help us .
