You are absolutely right. I pray that she repents her evil life and comes to the Lord. But if she doesn't, I'm confident that He'll set her straight.
We have seen the evil perpetrated by such a person, but they are still a creation of love from you, Heavenly Father. I pray for this person to be touched by you, God, so that they will be given an opportunity to see the error of their wicked ways. Heal the blind, sick and lost, Lord, in hopes that they be given a new and righteous outlook on the life you gave them; and may this person finally come to realize the preciousness of other lives their sinister machinations have affected.

And devout men carried Stephen to his burial, and made great lamentation over him. (Note: It does not say the Apostles or believers- it says devout men)
As for Saul, he made havock of the church, entering into every house, and haling men and women committed them to prison.
We have a run-in with Saul Again in Chapter 9...Surprise! Stephen's prayer was both right on and fruitful.
If anyone should have just cause to hate Richards, it's the OR people who have been arrested for protesting at PP. But they are not. They are praying for her instead.
I feel you , I know we should pray for people , however, there are many .. killery , obummer podesta etc that I feel the same way about . They can burn in hell , after they hang !
God works in mysterious ways. In the end, everyone will atone for their actions/deeds.
