Yep, toasted in 2019. He’s shot. Treason is normally the needle, but with the military, it’s probably the bullet. Either way, he is shot.
I have heard, in the past-and never verified it, that when the firing squad is in place all but one has blank rounds loaded in their gun, one has a live round. None of the squad members know who the one person firing a live round is, or will be. This kind of make sense to me, but like I said I didn't verify anything about it. So they don't actually know who the fatal shot came from (someone knows, but not the squad members).
