Great details. I am trying to get proper affidavits and legal briefs done with proper “state” and “county” definitions to go against the fraudulent “real property tax” on land. Threatened lawsuit is a tactical feint while I pull the land away from the county using trusts while I figure out how to get allodial title.
Ty. Using Ron’s book to get allodial title. Moving vacant land into Trust1, holding for 1 year following land patent to get allodial title, then moving to Trust2 (common law trust) for final holding, and not registering with County Recorder after transfer to Trust2. Common Law Trust cannot be sued by County in State Courts because all State courts have been switched to Corporate/UCC courts. All County litigation in State Court by them automatically dismissed as “no jurisdiction”.
Good deal. I’m glad to see others with the same overstanding. Common law courts are growing in number as we speak. I’m certain the increased spreading of equity law knowledge is part of “the plan”.
Yes. Constitutional/Common Law courts need a major comeback. I'm considering using 9th/10th Amendment powers re-delegated to me via Circuit Court to setup a county Constitutional Court for at the very least protection of my rights. I am taking my oath as a Constitutional Magistrate soon to issue some court orders to remove 1st and 2nd amendment violations after exhausting State and Federal Court requested remedies per 9th/10th "..., or to the people" clause. Unclear if re-delegated Constitutional powers extend beyond protection of my own rights in this case to removing officials violating their oaths or without oaths.
