Mainly or only? The stories I have read have been specific and falsifiable when I read past the headline and initial packaging fluff.

I'd say only, unless there's some oddly specific instance that the public isn't privy to. I know despite the new citizenship laws, little has changed in my old neighborhood which is traditionally 1/3 Russian.
