That does seem to be the overall body language. Found something strange which MSM havent figured out yet. He has "DOMESTIC BATTERY/BODILY HARM" charges under a different name (Nicholas Sternaman / Nicolas Sternaman)

Heres is Nicolas mugshot from this current arrest (note "eye color is Brown" when theyre clearly Blue):

Also, about the origins of his surname. Found this, but not sure how accurate it is:
