Erm ... next thought is that this dodderer supposedly has access to the nuclear football, armies at foreign bases, weapons, tax-payer money to be spent at his whim, and that sort of stuff.

Even if capable hands have the nuclear football in their grasp ( soo don't worry, they will try and say, we won't let him use it, unless we say so ... erm, no, that's not how that works), there is the issue of a global war, and impending US border collapse that is unfolding before our eyes.
