I also have a Grainmaker, but this one is nice because of the selectable milling function between grinding and flaking. Mine was a NOS (New old stock) ebay find that has 3 positions (one grind and two flakes iirc) but that link I gave you seems to indicate they now come with 6 different settings which is interesting
If you dont mind me asking, what are you using to roll them? Just a roller or do you have a grain mill or something,

They do look really nice. I have been borrowing my MIL's grain mill. I would love to get a manual one for the just in case - SHTF.
Also makes cream of wheat with wheat and a separation basket and I can use the bran for muffins
