Does anybody know anything about this book - Trump's assault on the truth?
🧐 Research Wanted 🤔
Written by some 'fact checkers' at the washington compost. Supposedly he lied over 16K times. Somebody at work was talking about it and saying it was proof of what a piece of you-know-what he is and what a liar he is. I want to find a copy at the library and see if I can debunk any of the claims, but I sure could use some help from my frens if any of you have already read it. Thanks.
I wouldn't bother, leftists are nearly impossible to convince of anything that doesn't come to them from CNN or MSNBC or TikTok. It's a waste of time to try, believe me. I have a liberal niece, who is purportedly a "smart" person, but she's as stupid as Joyless Behar on "The View."
Follow up comment: These people who are so ignorant of the "truth" and who are so blind are going to have a severe comeuppance sometime in the near future. I plan to enjoy their tears and screaming at the sky, maybe even a few suicides to punctuate the news.
It’s probably a book rehashing all of their bs from before. Here’s an article from 2020, I think, that shows how they are claiming Trump lied. https://www.realclearpolitics.com/articles/2020/09/10/no_trump_hasnt_made_20000_false_or_misleading_claims.html
That's a pretty good summary of how these lies themselves are a big lie!
Yes, it's an assault on the truth.
I usually ask which specific lie upset them the most. They have no idea, when pushed they claim he lied about the number of people at his inauguration. So you’re talking about the guy who fill up sport stadiums at his rallies, I counter. Is there even a discussion that he has the biggest crowd in politics?
Some may also claim he lied about the weather that day, but even they hear how dumb that is when they say it. The weather thing is perhaps only a thing here in Sweden…
Point is they have nothing. Also all politicians lie, and they know it.
Most likely fiction
Never believe anything until it is official denied. If something is "fact checked", believe the opposite. In doing so, you will be on the right side more often than not.
There was a website that listed some ten thousand supposed lies. When I last checked, everything is claimed too be a lie based on either MSM reporting, government docs or some other cabal info laundering sources.
For example you can now debunk his "lie" that he was being spied on, only because of the latest info that dropped.
This is called a pointless, energy-draining distraction.
