Not until our fraudulently created contracts with the government have been torn up it is not defunct. IRS, Property taxes, DMV licenses and registration, forced to pay debts with debt, voting, etc. are all enslaving us still.

The law of the water is contractual by nature. It is how a spiritual being can interact with a fake “person” known as a corporation, ie; USA INC.
