20 states have open primaries, including South Carolina. On primary election day you get to pick which party's primary you want to vote in. Usually the more exciting primary is chosen, which in this case is the GOP primary, because the Dem primary is a foregone conclusion for Brandon.
Other states, including NY, are closed primary states where they have voters register by party. Then on primary election day you can only vote in the primary if you registered with that party in advance.
I remember a big push many years ago for states to change this. At the time their must have been some rino fags running SC ..... It's obviously unfair, but the commies presented it as some kind of fairness thing.
It's possible these things were put in place when one party dominated so much that the primary was the actual election. Things were like that in OK, a long time ago.
We can thank Flimsy Graham's influence on our voting process for that one. He fights for open primaries tooth and nail. Flimsy damn well knows he keeps getting reelected by winning the primaries with the Dems help.
I live in Tennessee, and crossover voting in the primary is a big problem here. My understanding is that the head of the State Republican Party determines whether the primary is open or closed. Whoever takes over the RNC will hopefully put some pressure on our RINO to change that.
Coming on to the age of seventy I’ve notice there is is a lack of morals though out society. To have a political identity is your right, to change parties to cheat the Americas right to vote is a moral issue and that it makes you a criminal and a piece of shit, prove me wrong
Because the good guys are weak, stupid, corrupt, complicit. Take your pick. Mix and match. They need to get serious about winning, like the bad guys are, or we aren't going to make it.

You can't do that in oklahoma. We are not a party of RINO'S here.
I suspect new york is ok cause the democrats are so strong they never bothered to infiltrate the republican party.

It's just about which states have open primaries and which states have closed primaries

I think that falls under the category "states' rights".
If the people living in the states with open primaries don't like what that involves, then they're free to vote in people that will change those laws.
And on the flip side, the Republicans living in states with open primaries do the same thing during the primaries for Democrats.
