New York Prosecutes Couple For Fraud For Listing Their House For $499,000 When It Ultimately Sold For $485,000
NEW YORK — Local couple Marty and Shelly Cross have been officially charged with fraud after listing their home for $499,000 when it ultimately sold for slightly less.
This is insane. I'm not sure how many times I've sold a home that did not sell at my asking price, it's called negotiating. I'm wondering what the penalty is for if the home sales for more than the asking price? Am I missing something in this fraud case?
Oh? You have done this many times????
Happens all the time. I hardly know anyone who got what they asked for when selling their home. Pretty standard outcomes for the housing market.
Oh and lets not forget selling a car listing at 15,000. and it ends after negotiating 14,000. Oh my.
This.
You are in serious trouble buddy 🚔🚔🚔
Not like the feebs are watching us or anything... But it is Sunday so they are probably busy dressing up in khakis and collared shirts colored to the FF of the day.....
