Still thinking of posting that garbage?
More sites to watch out on (because there's a lot of bs out there) - i'm not going hard bans on these ones (yet) but other mods might, so you might want to watch out on them and avoid them:
RealRawNews
BenjaminFulford
Conservative Beaver
BeforeItsNews
Vancouver Times
NeonNettle
Qofficial.net
IngersollLockwood
amg-news
Note: if you have been banned for using these, it's not the end of the world. Appeal, and we will explain that these are clickbait sites with bad information that shouldn't be posted here, and work with you to get you unbanned.
Why?
NO CLICKBAIT (that is what these sites are)
Also, note that the Fatman wrote:
A well-meaning first timer who slips up is not without recourse. The real problem is lack of effort, shoddy posting practices, over-attachment to emotionally driven approach to info, etc.
Personally, I'm really happy to see this post and this approach adopted by u/fatality. Once, we considered ourselves digital soldiers. What defines a solider? Discipline. A solider without discipline is a dead soldier, or ineffective at best.
With the inflow of newcomers, standards need to be raised, so that the work and benefit we do actually isn't diluted, but rather so that newcomers can rise to even better heights.
The key thing is to learn to practice discernment, which leads to wisdom. That takes time and effort, but it isn't aided by lowering or having sloppy standards.
But the point is not to not make mistakes. It's to build one's ability and practice, and often mistakes are part of that. Which is why Fat included the Note: "Work together with the mods, and we'll fix the problems."
