I have no idea.

Either way, the relationship between mod(s) and participants needs to be a cooperative one. We are or should be here for the same purpose.

The language you are using is ... curious. Judge, convict, verdict. A little on the hyperbole-side maybe?

In any case, I'm not sure if the mod team actually has a set protocol for managing these things, or if they just do their best in any given situation.
