Coffee drinkers still take in more water than they excrete, making coffee a net hydrator

I know, Time.com. Whatever, it's about coffee
But coffee has caffeine, which revs up the adrenal glands in an unhealthy way.
That is why people feel "energized." They actually have overstressed adrenal glands (fight or flight).
I would guess it dehydrates the cells somehow which is not good for you. If I drink coffee I feel my eyes are dryer. Probably true inside the body. A diuretic, flushes water out and makes you want to pee. IMHO.
