Arnold was installed to protect Enron. They dangled the prospect of the Presidency over him but they failed to deliver. As a foreign-born celebrity-turned-politician it must have irked the shit out of him to see foreign-born Obama win the White House followed by celebrity-turned-politician President Trump.

Let's be honest here, Trump was an international businessman (with a big presence in NYC) for years before becoming more of a "celebrity" than he was after he starred on his hit television show, The Apprentice.

It seems that many (not saying you are doing this) want to diminish his successes in business and real estate by just stating that he was a celebrity before becoming POTUS.
