Dont we want the SCOTUS to say trump does not have immunity? Then that will open up Obama, Clinton, Bush and any others to be held accountable?

If we are to believe that more election fraud will come out and enough to cause a constitutional crisis and the military taking over, then wont we need the courts to go all the way to set precedent?
