Sorry for the news and prospect of surgery for you. If taking FBN in quantity or needing a protocol you may want to check out floridashakman, he’s on Truth. I did a quick search there and here’s what he recommended for acoustic neuroma when someone asked a few months ago:

Only two times I've taken berberine, I was vomiting for hours. Have no idea why. Do you think maybe another supplement or something doesn't go well with it? I take other supplements daily and whenever I took this stuff it made me so ill. I was hoping it would help with my blood pressure.
