This must be from the 2016 election as there was definitely a bureaucratic slowdown and other sabotage tactics in use during Trump's first term. Admittedly, I was so disgusted after the first five minutes I had to stop watching. Each and every one of them should be fired and lose all benefits and pensions. Not a lawyer, but am sure there are laws broken here.
