I think this means the J6ers who were hunted down based on the J6 testimony and evidence are being illegally detained. Since none of that was classified as "administration of justice". And justice administered is in question.

There was NO insurrection, Trump insighted nothing, and multiple members of congress were in on it. (Pelosi being the main culprit). Police removed barriers and held open doors for people! It was a setup from the beginning. Anyone that calls it an Insurrection should be called out immediately. FBI people and congress members involved should be in jail
It's going to be glorious when all of those patriot's become multi-millionaires after they sue the US govt. and associated individuals, and get punitive damages added to their rewards.
We pay to keep them in prison. We pay the salaries for the lawyers, and other officials who keep them in prison. Maybe the taxpayers ought to bring the first lawsuits against the govt. for its failures regarding the "administration of justice?"

Looks like a blatant violation of the separation of powers.
It definately is a violation. All that is needed is proof that Congress was directing who to go after.
Congress can limit the jurisdiction of the Courts, not the "power" of the Courts per se.
