get a little dollup about the size of a pencil eraser on the tip of your finger and take twice a day for five days. I also chase it with zinc on the first dose during those five days.
You could probably just go ahead take whatever you normally take then, but every 90 days just do a round of ivermectin with it. I don't regularly take anything but D3 unless I have been around people who are sick, then just to in case, I'll go ahead do a quick immune boost for 3 days by taking all of the above just to ensure I don't get sick too. So far I have not been sick since 2021, when I first found out where to get ivermectin and how to use it. I have only had two instances of itchy eyes from seasonal cedar fever, but I just put a little ice water on them often and put locally grown honey in my hot tea. Seems to do the trick for me so far.

I take Quercetin, Zinc, D3 and Vitamin C daily.
On the days I did this I will eliminate the Quercetin.
Thanks Fren.
Careful taking zinc daily as it will deplete your copper if you aren’t taking in an adequate amount of copper through diet.
Thanks but you can take 30 mg of zinc daily and that won't deplete your copper.
Okay I didn’t see you specify and amount in the original comment

Thanks I will try it.
