The idea in the post title is correct. Some people get on with their lives regardless while others see everything through the lens of racism.
My guess is that the original poster of the coffee shop pic looked at the clientele and just saw "racism" because all the customers were white and the sign on the window says: "coffee for everyone."
The people who are allowed to choose the categories have the power. We all know about men and women (OK, maybe we don't any more!) and Republicans v Democrats, Labour v Conservative, old v young, gay v straight, rich v poor, indigenous v foreign etc. Some categories are more obvious than others but why not invent some of your own?
Why not learn to hate people on account of their eye colour, or their handedness (left or right) or their height or the colours of their front doors? There is a wealth of unexplored hatreds and phobias if only we would use our imagination.
The more we argue with ourselves the less likely it is that we will see what the people behind the screen are doing to us.
No such thing as racism.. we battle not amongst flesh and blood but against spirits, principalities and wickedness in high places. It is a spiritual battle of good vs evil. No such thing as racism or any ism. You're never going to fix anything by using the enemies made up words. It's called evil
What's he on about? There's a black woman serving.
Sorry not getting this
How racist is it of Israel to want all Palestinians to disappear and for muslims to want the same for Israelis.
This world will never end bigotry. It is too ingrained.
easy fix and all you have to do is be a hard core racist for a little bit.
kick all the Jews out.. and Chinese, and those brown people and all those that claim Africa and the Haitians, especially the Haitians.
but seriously, the only way to fix this is send the Jews away.
you gonna let the Papist Irish stay????
just ship them to Louisiana. have a whole state of funny sounding people

True. Unless you believe as they do. Blacks cannot be racist.
