That process won’t work. After a lot of arm waving it comes down to a vote. But each state only gets one vote. The Republicans control more states with their congressional seats. As they did on J6. Trump would have won that day if the process had played out. The democrats had to stop it with the Fedsurrection so they they could go into emergency session and stop the process cold.
