Key word mistake - Disruption, not Disturbance...

This seems to be an Air Force and Dept of Defense term relating to Cyber Security. I found these references:

Periods of Non-Disruption (PONDs).

PONDs are directed by USCYBERCOM to halt all maintenance actions within either a geographic or functional Area of Responsibility (AOR), or for very specific systems and or assets crossing one or more AORs.

2.1.3.1.1. Scheduled downtime shall be limited to previously agreed-to maintenance window (currently Thursdays after 5:00 PM). Any scheduled downtime required during other times much be coordinated two weeks in advance. Scheduled downtime will not be approved during Periods of Non-Disruption (PONDs) just prior to USAFA Critical Events

2.1.3.1.2. Non-scheduled down time. Downtime must be limited to no more than 2 hours during the entire POND preceding a USAFA Critical Event and no more than 4 hours per month.

In 2017, the JOTT conducted Adversarial Assessments (AAs) of ALIS 2.0.2.4 at three locations in partnership with certified cybersecurity test organizations and personnel. The AAs did not conclude as originally planned because U.S. Cyber Command (USCYBERCOM) issued and subsequently extended a Period of Non-Disruption (POND), directing all DOD Red Teams to halt activities during the last week of the planned test period.

▪ MCIART completed testing of the unclassified ALOU; however, it did not test the classified ALOU due to the USCYBERCOM POND direction to temporarily cease AA testing.

• Due to the USCYBERCOM POND guidance, full end-to-end cybersecurity testing of the ALIS architecture, from the operational ALOU to the air vehicle, which was planned for 2017, remains to be completed

All I know is they are nervous about something,putting up a 8 foot fence around the capital...

Probably it means "Don't engineer any more school shootings, terrorist attacks or island-melting space lasers until AFTER the SOTU (Stupid Old Traitorous Usurper) address—gotta keep the sheeple focused on swallowing our psy op spin of whatever the idiot ends up blurting out."

P.O.N.D. is also known as D.D.A.S. or in english is Don’t Do Anything Stupid until the old man goes first tonight.

I'm surprised if she's high up in the intelligence field that she didn't know what it was. I found what it was in under a minute. This does not make me confident in our intelligence services.
