right now with one victim he's facing 12 years in prison. but the victim has been sentenced to life of tortured memories for what that pig did to him. where is the justice in this?

Yes. We had an incident in a nearby community where a father shot and killed his daughter’s rapist/murderer right in the courtroom. This was about 15 years ago, maybe longer.
