If the computers work offline,then an internet outage isn't something that would affect voters. The computers only need power, by definition. They have told us this ad nauseam:
The voting machines do not connect to the internet.
[:rollseyes:]
But, it is said that it is an IT outage, not a power outage. So we have a paradox.
IT = Information Technology.
The voting machines aren't working.
How can there be an Information Technology outage? Computers still work off-line.
I am not being obtuse, just trying to figure out what game they are playing this time.
You're assuming the computers work off-line.
The voting system is not supposed to be internet connected, but we already know that they are.
Mine do.

Oh and paper works on a rainy day, I am told.
I am told that it also should work on a sunny day, as well.
