If it says it's fiction in the video's notes, then why is this stickied? Am I missing something, some sort of contextual view? Is the UK/MI5&6/BBC prepping a narrative, and that's why this is stickied? I'm at a loss, here.

If I'm reading OP correctly, he is just pointing out that both the Brits and the USA are putting out Civil War-themed propaganda at the same time. We have a very similar movie coming out around the same time.
