Any parent who takes their kids to this event should be "drag"ged into court and have their kids removed from their custody due to contributing to the delinquency of minors.
WA state considers 12 yo capable of making all their own medical decisions without parental knowledge or involvement (at least that's what my SIL said years ago as a WA resident of a kid making horrible choices)
