That's correct, the Organic Act. "Sov-cit?" Those who know this are Americans who've paid attention for many years and yes, we are sovereign citizens. You might want to dip your toe in that area of knowledge.

Yeah, I'm talking Sovereign Citizens who believe in legal mumbo-jumbo gotchas like gold fringe on flags, 'traveling' instead of driving so no need for a Driver's license, secret government money tied to your name, etc. etc. etc. For some reason Q seemed to attract them, flerfers, and new-new-agers - I have zero patience for any of them.
