Need some advice/research
🧐 Research Wanted 🤔
Hey, y'all. I'm new here.
I've been looking into alt-medicines to treat my EBV/mono (got it last June, some people get it bad) and wondering if there's any drugs I should consider?
I've looked into Ivermectin and Sweet wormwood but I'd like to know what else would be worth considering.
Thanks <3
None of it will work without high dose C and D3. Someone already mentioned zinc, take as high as you can go without sides
Hmm. Okay, thank you for your help. Noted.
I am sorry to hear that. I had mono when it was fashionable to get it, at University. (LOL everyone came down with it that first Freshman winter). IT was not pretty.
The main thing that helped, was zinc, and also magnesium tablets and cod liver oil. (I haunted a local herb shop, and also tried all sorts of cleanses and tonics etc.) Anyhow, The turnaround came about six weeks in, when I took 6X dose of Zinc, for two weeks , on the advice of the herbalist who got tired trying to explain anymore.
The main thing is to take things that support your immune system.
On this forum there are several protocols, for example Dr Zelenko's one.
I am not a doctor, or any kind of specialist, but there has been a lot of research on vit D lately, and they are free to read on the internet. Each research paper that comes out, gives another wrinkle to the grand picture: My family currently takes a maintenance dose of vit D 5000 IU/day. If we get a symptom like a sore throat, we take twice that. Vit D and Magnesium go hand in hand, from experience, one can knock the other out of balance, so take both.
Also Ivermectin and Aspirin. Turns out that aspirin is more than just pain relief.
I appreciate your reply!
So to clarify, you took 6x the normal dosage of Zinc for 2 weeks, and I'm assuming normal doses of Magnesium and cod liver oil. (I take all of these except for cod liver oil, but I just do normal doses.)
I have always taken vitamins, but I guess maybe it might be time to step up some doses to finally kill this thing.
It's more of an immune support thing. But go and check on dosage with someone who is happy to prescribe that stuff, because needs vary. When the guy suggested to me the 6X dose it was tailored for me.
Zinc overdose can make you feel nauseous, for example.
In any case vit D is very safe to take in 'large' doses, just as is vit C, but D needs that magnesium supplement as well.
Update!
I got a blood test done, and it turns out I have low potassium, which is linked to all my symptoms (muscle pains, nerve pains, etc).
Thanks for the help anyway, I appreciate it fren.
Sunshine. Sunshine, Sunshine
Can't hurt ya!
HCQ and Ivermectin are both good on viruses. Use with Zinc. They open the door for the zinc to get in and do the job. Add vitamin D if you don’t get much sun.
Thank you! I appreciate your help. How would I figure out what Ivermectin protocol is right for me, or is there a generic formula I should follow (EX: 1 Gram per pound of body weight)?
The Ziverdo kit makes it easy. Our you can just get the Ivermectin pills. 12 mg pills are generally good. There is a formula out there, but I am a big guy and 12 worked like a champ. I had a nasty case of the flu/covid and it only took 2 days to feel much better.
Okay, appreciate it. Had this damn virus on and off for 9 months now, I'll do just about anything lol. Hopefully, this works.
Might be a good application for a Hulda Clark zapper. https://clarkzapper.net/zapper-schematic.html This picture here isn't good as it doesn't properly distinguish between wires that simply cross and wires that connect. Maybe the video will help. The markup on most of these devices sold is insane. The electrical parts required for this circuit cost less than 10 dollars.
I just tried a similar electronic wart zapper circuit on a skin blemish. So far so good, but I will need another week or so to see how it heals.
Oftentimes whole foods can be better than isolated supplements. I don't think I got sick when I eat an orange a day.
Ah, never heard of that zapper. Will have to look into it.
I take supps instead of whole foods sometimes because it's easier then eating an entire (fill in the blank) and saves money, but I see your point.
Hypochlorous acid and chlorine dioxide. See Telegram channels.
Gotcha, you think those would do well with EBV/Mono?
Definitely
