The rumor is that BBBY holders are going to receive IEP as part of the merger acquisition.
Bunch of people that have never held IEP just got mail yesterday saying they had shares of a stock that they've never purchased. All those people did own BBBY before it was delisted.
This is all trust me bro at the moment until it can be 100% verified but I've seen a good amount of evidence for it. Enough to be waiting with bated breath.
I think Ryan Cohen used BBBY as a backdoor attack while everybody was focused on keeping GameStop down. I think this is the wambo combo he was talking about.
I had shares on Fidelity. My shares were removed, just like they were removed from most brokers. This doesn't mean "sold" This is common during a restructuring from a merger acquisition when the ticker name changes.
If they indeed sold it how much money did you receive exactly? And did that loss appear on your tax forms from Fidelity? If that answer is 0 and u didn't have a loss that appeared on your tax forms for that investment then you're just in a holding pattern.
I believe the shares will be reappearing or the equivalent in another stock or cash compensation or a combination thereof.
I'm not asking what you think. I'm asking what they did. Log into your account and check.
People shorting BBBY still haven't gotten paid.
You can't even claim it as a loss on your taxes through Fidelity as they haven't been able to call it a loss yet on the tax forms because they're waiting further instructions.

I think they cashed it out, and I received cash. What's odds is I've held other stocks that went off, then came back later.
