Sugar is bad stuff and bad for us. Literally feeds cancer. Everything else you say I'm on board with.
I was also on the anti sugar train for the last 15 years, I got off that train for about the last 3 or 4 months.
I changed my mind after listening to and reading stuff from Georgi Dinkov and Ray Peat. I felt it was confirmed when, in the Bible, The Angel of The Lord tells Moses that he will lead them to a land of milk and honey.
Hi fructose corn syrup is still bad, because it contains lots of unprocessed corn-starch which is inflammatory.
I also find the pro-metabolic theory of cancer compelling, but I don't have that much expertise on the subject. The theory, as far as I understand, is basically that cancer doesn't cause the Warburg effect, the Warburg effect (where cells are stuck consuming fatty acids instead of glucose) because burning fatty acids produces less energy and maintaining cell differentiation is metabolically expensive.
Acidosis (Warburg Effect) drives cancer through increased fat oxidation (Randle Cycle)
Interesting read on the Warbug Effect.
Agree with you about honey. I was referring to processed sugar that is now added into just about everything. It doesn't occur naturally and our food supply is pumped full of it. Definitely agree on HFCS. That stuff is pure garbage.
What always gets me is people who are anti-sodium and yet go on and on about "getting enough electrolytes". Uhhh, hello? What do you think sodium is? And then they go on and on about the human body being 70% water. Indeed, it is. Salt water. Why do you think they give saline solution intravenously?
Honestly, I think the cabal does it's best to keep us just sick enough and just healthy enough at the same time all just to fatten their pockets.
Yeah, I agree, the cabal wants us to be just well enough to do a days work, but barely. They also want the older generation to decline cognitively as early as possible, so that they can't share wisdom with their grand children.
I think white sugar might be okay, if you add it yourself, since it is quickly digested and boosts the metabolism. It is just that it doesn't have the B vitamins and minerals that the cells use up when they metabolize glucose, so you need to balance it out with other nutrient dense food. Still worse than fruit or honey, but better than convenience food.
