Ok, I think it would be pretty bad for someone to make it up, but with leftists, you never know what kind of things they will start, only to later say, "You conservatives will believe anything that supports _____". Unfortunately, most of the people who need to read it will skip on by because it has Trump's photo at the top. But if just one or two people out of every 100 Democrats start to wake up as a result of various memes and things, then it is worth it.
An article by Liz Crokin covers some of this and some related things. She later did a video covering much of the same ground.
This is fun as well, Trump on The View before he ran as a Republican!
And the Democrats with say, "See, he was generous back when he was a Democrat!"
