This happens frequently in all Coast Guard districts. The actors responsible face large fines and possible custodial sentences if caught.

I realize that's when traffic is way down...BUT COME ON 🔥👿🔥
Very busy bridge, you have to shut down a lane, shift premiums & overtime. Yeah, it's plausible. Now if we start tracking the backgrounds of the construction workers that died, who knows where that might lead.
This is typical, we do it all the time, and we are just a small company. We had a project earlier this week that had to close lanes of traffic on a main road and the county would not let us close lanes until 8:30 pm, so our crews had to work from 8-midnight. And this was just to add a turn lane into a new hotel being built.
When we have to do work in a r/w, we will often work on Sundays or at night to minimize the traffic delays. And you will see it on the interstates too, the signs will say road/lanes closed from 10pm-5am when they are resurfacing the road.
There is much less traffic at night, you just have to watch out for the drunks on the road at that time :/
Something to consider…. At times we do seem to be in the matrix. What if…. AI was trying to warn? What would AI do? I believe in God but man has created AI.
With AI having access to audio files and most dispatch centers are on the ethernet frame for their systems.
It is something that could be considered.
Or maybe a coder is trying to warn…
The BIGGEST problem we face in the USA right now are these people who tout themselves as being the most important thing and those that are like me being the biggest problem.
Think tanks were created and used against the same people who are like this. Yet those who are thinkers like me —definitely those who are more capable of me thinking of what if — need to be considered IF anything is going to be found out.
