Both skatteetaten and skatteverket are very easy to deal with and understanding. Not like IRS from which I've heard some real horror stories about.
I don't know how Norway does things but here you have to inform to postal office that you have moved so that they know where to deliver your mail. Your taxation also depends on where you live and the tax office has to know where you live.
