I believe that the person on the right is a dude, but this is a digitally manipulated photo. There are real photos that should be used. It's not hard to see enough similarities between these photos to realize the evident fakery.
In particular, there's that one of Big Mike with bad 5 oclock shadow. It was taken in Hawaii if I remember correctly. Full blown stubble. One of many "interesting" photos of Big Mike.
