Good old days here in Maricopa County when Sheriff Joe (Arpaio) was in office, chain gangs in black and white striped clothes were seen daily cleaning the trash and other jobs, both men and women chain gangs. I sure do miss Sheriff Joe. Our county was safe and clean while he was in office.
THAT is what's up. Once in a while I'll see convicts picking up highway trash around here, but it sure isn't very often. I always did like Sheriff Joe.
