Can we start treating them for Parasites like Toxoplasma Gondii first to see if their mental state improves? Maybe a couple rounds of IVM, FenBen, or HCQ to see how they are feeling?

It is well documented that T Gondii can alter behavior and studies show that it can develop into Schizophrenia, Alzheimer's and depression.
