Well that maybe true at the time however rejecting God is still rejection regardless of genealogical affiliation. Now that doesn't mean at any point they cannot repent and come back into the LORD's grace.
No doubt, repentance is also personal and not corporate.

Sadly many, including those who claim to profess Christ will miss the mark.
Matthew 7:21-23
21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.
22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?
23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

There’s a reason that the fear of the lord is the beginning of wisdom. At the end of the day, all we can do is pray mercy.
Here’s a verse the dispensationalists don’t like to cite:
Romans 2:26 (KJV) Therefore if the uncircumcision keep the righteousness of the law, shall not his uncircumcision be counted for circumcision?
