I definitely think it's possible, some people forget that God's way of thinking is the opposite of the world's.

He even said, "And you will hear of wars and rumors of wars. See that you are not troubled; for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet." Matthew 24:6

I've been telling my friends for the last few years, I see it like the times of slavery in Egypt. He saved them, because he heard their cries. God loves to hear us call to him; in the hills and in the valleys, but only a few months after they were set free, they turned to idols. When we don't "need" His help, we tend to stop calling on Him. I keep telling my friends and family, after He saves us, continue going to him in praise and thanks 🙏 but I don't claim to really know anything, it's just an observation. The Word says, "And He said to them, 'It is not for you to know times or seasons which the Father has put in His own authority'" Acts 1:7
