Why indeed. This is a terrible time to be buying or selling a home thanks to the interest rates, etc. Strangely, we also see a lot of the Hollyweird crowd selling their properties as well...
Normal people have really low mortgages on their homes, and are NOT moving because they are pretty much trapped (any new house they bought would have double or triple the mortgage rate).
Given all of that, why are they selling now? Where is the SC doofus going to move to? It does not seem to make much sense, financially.
Ahem, she doesn't know what a woman is. So intelligence isn't her forte. So she did become a Supreme, JHC.
It may be an emotional reason, such as not wanting a well-known address? Time to invest in a horse ranch, and work-from-home.
