This is all theater, and people are seeing just how corrupt our government actually is. I think we all knew this would go absolutely nowhere, but the reason why is what we wanted out in the open.

Yes, I believe a lot of people are seeing it. Remember, EVERYTHING they're doing to Trump and us is going to be flipped on them. Everything has to be this way to set a precedent so they can't bitch about how unfair things are for them in the very near future. The boomerang effect will be massive for them.
